KANE was established on the base of Chongqing Shuangqiao District in 1991.

In 2000 ,Sep , KANE was reformed into a private enterprise

with the capital of 8 million CNY, and specializes in the auto parts and heat treatment.



So far, we have a total assets of 200 million CNY as well as more than 300 staff,

which include 58 mid-level & senior technicians, 22 Professional technicians .

Factory covers more than 300 Square kilometers .

We have more than 160 various kinds of equipments for forging, stamping and machining, which contains:

1 swaging hammer with 4000T, two 2500T's, two 1600T's, three 1000T's, one 630T, 2T of die forging hammer,

1T of free forging hammer, edger with 400T, 250T and 350T, (front axle and knuckle) quenching and tempering & heating production line, natural gas heating furnace, numerical control lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, fast hydraulic press and pendulum blot machine, milling link machine as well as the electricity liquid hammer, etc. Constructed with 35000KVA transformer substation, formed 12 forging and stamping production lines which primarily for having domestic advanced processing technology in front axle fine roller --die forging, with one mold manufacture machining centers and two machine-finishing production workshops.




We always focus on the highest level of designing, developing and producing the die forged item of 0.2kg~150kg

and free forging of 0.2kg~300kg, we produce the heavy-duty vehicle series front axle class, axis class, the fork arm class, link class and various deep hole class kind of

die forged items with the amounts to more than 50,000 tons yearly; we have the front axle, trunnion shaft,

differential device shell as well as the rear axle drive pipe machining production line & the propelling rod unit

processing assembly line, produces the front axle, trunnion shaft of end product

with the amount of 50,000/year, rear axle drive pipe 100,000/year, differential device shell 120,000/year

and the propelling rod unit 120,000/year.
